Data handled by the app

ImmiMate does not operate a developer relay, advertising system, analytics service, or behavioral tracking system. The app does not send photos, videos, credentials, or diagnostics to the ImmiMate developer.

When you connect the app to an Immich server, requests and media move directly between your Mac and the server URL you provide. The server operator controls that server and its own retention, access, backup, and logging practices.

The app may handle the following data locally or on your selected Immich server:

  • Server URLs, account identifiers, and authentication credentials needed to connect.
  • Photos, videos, albums, metadata, and other media that you choose to view, upload, download, or modify.
  • Local folder paths and security-scoped permissions that you explicitly grant for folder monitoring or downloads.
  • Local license and transaction state needed to restore the ImmiMate Pro purchase.

Credential and file protection

Server credentials are stored using the macOS Keychain. Folder access is governed by macOS App Sandbox permissions and security-scoped bookmarks. Diagnostic output is kept locally and is intended to redact authentication tokens before logging.

Please do not provide credentials for a server you do not control or have permission to access. Keep independent backups of important media; the app does not guarantee that a network, storage device, operating system, or Immich server will remain available.

Apple services and purchases

ImmiMate Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment processing and Apple ID billing information. ImmiMate receives only the local purchase or restoration result needed to unlock the non-consumable product; it does not receive payment card details.

Tracking and third parties

The app contains no third-party advertising SDK, analytics SDK, targeted advertising, or push-notification tracking component. Apple system services and the Immich server you choose are the only external services required for the corresponding features.

Your choices

You can remove saved server credentials, revoke folder permissions in macOS settings, stop folder monitoring, and delete the app's local data. To remove media from an Immich server, use the server's own controls and policies.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the app's data handling changes. For support or privacy questions, visit the support page.
